TCEQ Public Notice - Violation for Triggered Source Water Monitoring

In accordance with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) regulations, Bethel-Ash WSC is required to mail water customers that receive water from the Waters Edge Plant TX1070251 at 4765 Pine Ridge Court, a public notice regarding a recent water test that required a raw sample to be collected within 24 hours following a positive routine distribution total coliform result.
At this time, there is no other action required by water customers of the Waters Edge Plant. Bethel-Ash WSC has reached compliance by Texas Commission on Environmental Quality's "Drinking Water Standards" and the federal "Safe Drinking Water Act," Public Law 95-523.
