We read our meters electronically the middle of the month and mail the bills on or about the 26th of the month. Bills are due on the 15th of the month, unless the 15th falls on a weekend or a holiday in which case the due date will then be the next business day. Any account not paid by the due date will have a $5.00 late charge added to the account. If you are a renter, in addition to the $5.00 late charge, a $5.00 notice fee will also be added to the account for notifying the meter owner of the delinquent status of the account.
Final notices will be sent to past due customers notifying them of the delinquent status of the account along with the date the service will be disconnected. Once a meter has been disconnected applicable fees are added to the account and must be paid in order to re-establish service.
